SHIPPING:
We aim to deliver your clothes to you within 7-9 days of order placement. However, due to unforeseen circusmtances it could take longer.
Be sure to view our size chart and read garment description before placing an order to make your purchase seamless.
Shop Dolta provides FREE SHIPPING to most major cities in India.
However, we do not provide Cash On Delivery (COD).
In the rare case that your delivery pin code is unserviceable or difficult to courier to, please do get in touch with us at hello@shopdolta.com. We will try to find a way to deliver the garment to you.
RETURNS:
Note : Our policy lasts only 7 days. We do not accept returns / exchanges after 7 days of delivery.
- For most items - a credit note equivalent to the cost amount is issued. Refunds are not provided.
- Items bought from the sale section are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Items can only be returned / exchanged if all tags are intact. If a tag has been removed or tampered with, the piece cannot be returned / exchanged.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- Items must be in original packaging. All return items will be examined by quality control. Failing to meet the quality, we will not accept a return / exchange and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- We will need to review the return query, and we could ask you for information, photographs, videos of the garment in question. Post our review, we as a brand have the right to deduce whether a piece is eligible for a return or exchange.
- Incase of a return / exchange, please write to us at hello@shopdolta.com so we can arrange a pickup from your address in the format below:

NOTE: Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
CREDIT NOTE:
- Items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to the coupon.
- This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 30 DAYS on www.shopdolta.com.
