RETURNS:

Our policy lasts only 7 days. We do not accept returns / exchanges after 7 days of delivery.

Store Credit & Refund Policy

We’re happy to offer store credit (for the entire amount) that never expires – redeem it anytime, at your convenience.

If you prefer a refund instead, please note that a processing fee of Rs. 1000/- will be applied to cover related costs.

1. Items bought from the Samples section are not eligible for returns or exchange.
2. Items can only be returned / exchanged if all tags are intact. If a tag has been removed or tampered with, the piece cannot be returned / exchanged. 
3. Items must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
4. Items must be in original packaging. All return items will be examined by quality control. Failing to meet the quality, we will not accept a return / exchange and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
5. We will need to review the return query, and we could ask you for information, photographs, videos of the garment in question. Post our review, we as a brand have the right to deduce whether a piece is eligible for a return or exchange.
6. Incase of a return / exchange, please write to us at hello@shopdolta.com so we can arrange a pickup from your address in the format below:

NOTE: Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
